2012-ci il 3 fevral tarixdə Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Dövlət Qulluğu Məsələləri üzrə Komissiya tərəfindən dövlət orqanlarında vakant dövlət qulluğu vəzifələrinin tutulması ilə bağlı ümumi müsahibə elan edilmişdir. Ümumi müsahibədə iştirak etmək istəyən vətəndaşlar 20 gün müddətində namizədliklərinin qeydə alınması üçün müvafiq sənədlərlə şəxsən və ya poçt vasitəsilə Komissiyaya müraciət etməlidirlər. |

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Dövlət Qulluğu Məsələləri üzrə Komissiyanın (DQMK) sədri Bəhram Xəlilovun Gün.Az-a müsahibəsi: - Komissiyanın 2011-ci ildəki fəaliyyətini necə xarakterizə etmək olar? - Hər il olduğu kimi ötən ildə də komissiya fəaliyyətini əsasən şəffaflıq və obyektivliyin təmin edilməsi, o cümlədən korrupsiyaya qarşı mübarizə üzrə bir sıra tədbirlərin həyata keçirilməsi istiqamətində qurub.

Article 30-1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On civil service” sets forth that performance appraisal of civil servant holding administrative position shall be carried out at the end of each calendar year. Purpose of the performance appraisal is to assess whether the civil servants can manage with their duties during a year, fulfillment of requirements of position they hold and to determine future development of civil servant. The pilot project for implementation of performance appraisal was conducted for civil servants serving in the Executive Power of Sumgayit City on 21 December 2011.

 The 2nd regional seminar was held on “Anti-corruption policy and monitoring, including education and public awareness” with participation of national experts on anti-corruption in Warsaw, Poland on 15-16 December 2011.
The seminar was organized in the framework of the regional project of the Eastern Partnership and European Union “Good governance and fight against corruption”. “Implementation and supervision institutions and mechanisms on anti-corruption policy”, “The usage of the monitoring results in the field of new policy formulation”, “Providing participation of civil society in the implementation and supervision mechanism” and other topics were discussed during the event.

The tender commission of the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan notifies that the “N-Link” Limited Liability Company is declared as a winner of the bid announced on 18 November 2011 for procurement of the computers and equipment and purchasing computer and electric network building, and “Noda” Limited Liability Company is declared as a winner of the same bid for purchasing of office and kitchen furniture under final protocols of the Requests for Quotations as of 15 December 2011.

The tender commission of the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan notifies that the “Azərbaycan-2011” Limited Liability Company was declared as a winner under the final protocol of the Request for Quotation as of 5 December 2011 on purchase of the current repair work announced on 27 October 2011 and “Panarama-M-LTD” Limited Liability Company was declared as a winner under the final protocol of the Request for Quotation as of 6 December 2011 on purchase of the printing costs announced on 18 November 2011.
